Here's another crazy neighbor story. Same crazy neighbor: tries to control the stop sign traffic in front of his house. Pulls his car into the lane in front of oncoming vehicles and yells at argues with them about whether they came to a complete stop. Rides up and down the cul-de-sac...who knows what he's trying to control now!
